What this is, what it isn't and how I work

A place to sit down with someone who knows how to stay present.This is a focused, intentional conversation where your life, your questions, and your inner experience are taken seriously, without rushing, diagnosing, or fixing you.People usually come when they need• a grounded second opinion
• space to feel what they’ve been carrying
• help thinking something through
• reassurance they’re not imagining things
• support in trusting themselves again
These conversations are relational, attentive, and purposeful.
They are shaped by years of training, lived experience, and practice in staying with people without disappearing into them.
What This Isn’tThis isn’t casual chatting, social time, or friendship dynamics.
It’s also not crisis intervention, emergency mental-health care, motivational coaching, or advice-giving from a distance.
I won’t tell you what to do, who to be, or how to live your life.
And I won’t make promises about outcomes.

My Story

I am a relational practitioner (some would call me a therapist), coach, and author based in Spain.
An expat and a solo-parent myself, I work with people navigating change, identity, relationships, and belonging, especially those of us who have been strong for a long time and are tired of carrying everything alone.
My work is grounded in decades of training, lived experience, and a sustained commitment to learning how to be fully present with others without losing myself in the process. I offer focused conversations, longer-term coaching and mentorship, and write about trust, reciprocity, and rebuilding human connection in a fragmented world.My approach is warm, direct, and non-pathologizing: less about fixing people, more about helping us hear ourselves clearly and trust our own capacity to move through life.
